A before and after.

The first photo shows me receiving a certificate after completing a course in relation to my alcoholism. 9 MONTHS SOBER!!!!

The second photo shows me prior to going into rehab. My bed was brought downstairs because my legs " wouldn't work".

Passed out on bed....couldn't even be bothered to put sheet or bedding on. What a shambles and a wreck!

Both photos taken by my daughter who stood by me throughout. LESSON HOPEFULLY LEARNT.
