In active addiction, I was alone, isolated, and disconnected. I was disconnected from everyone and everything in a complete and soul-destroying way.

I am alone in this tent, and I feel anything but isolated. This picture speaks of solitude, positive and constructive, of an amazing time when I am connected with nature and in tune with myself.
