This picture is when I found reiki an spirituality in my life this was definitely a missing piece to my puzzle , this was at Crosby beach at Liverpool when I took a meditation session an a reiki session I loved this time of my life but I had no programme so I always knew my relapse was on its way becoz I was not doin the programme now I believe the programme an my changing with putting action in could be the final piece tk my puzzle.
