Looking at this picture reminds me that we don’t often get the chance to connect anymore.

This picture is of my recovery family.

Together we are safe. Together we are strong. Sadly some people leave and relapse. Some people in this photo have died. That is the reality of addiction.

When I’m with my recovery family everything feels ok. Just for today - life is good 😊

To me, this circle is significant. It represents connection, community and unity.
