‘Unbridled Joy’

This is a picture of my daughter, she is 14 years old. I was drug-free for 7 years before I had her. She has only known the drug-free loving father that she has.

When I look into her eyes and see not only the love but the trust, the caring, the unbridled joy, it gives me such a feeling that all the drugs in the world can't come close to replicating. I would not give up these feelings for anything, especially not the pain and misery drugs ultimately brought me. (She is the light of my life).
